1. Premises
The offer and sale of products on the website www.suryan.eu are governed by these General Conditions of Sale , valid for all purchases made online.

2. Definitions

Customer : natural person who purchases for purposes not related to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.

MILITARY CLASSY : the selling company, as identified above.

Products : goods sold through the website www.suryan.eu .

Party : each, severally, between the Customer and MILITARY CLASSY.

Parties : the Customer and MILITARY CLASSY jointly.
3. Knowledge and Acceptance of the Conditions
These conditions are considered read, understood and accepted at the time of purchase. Each order placed implies full acceptance of these conditions.
MILITARY CLASSY reserves the right to update or modify these conditions at any time, giving adequate notice via the website.
4. Object of the Contract
The sale of the products constitutes a distance contract pursuant to articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ( Consumer Code ) and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 ( Electronic Commerce ).
The sale is reserved exclusively to final consumers.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
Sending an order by the Customer implies acceptance of the conditions of sale and the information on the site.
The contract is considered concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the shipping confirmation email from MILITARY CLASSY.
6. Products and Prices
All product prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT .
Product images are illustrative and may not exactly represent the product purchased (e.g. differences in color or proportions).
The published prices constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
7. Payment Methods

Payment data is managed directly by the platforms indicated above. MILITARY CLASSY does not collect or store any data relating to payments made.
8. Billing
Sales to private individuals do not require the issuing of an invoice, pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and art. 2 of Presidential Decree 696/96.
The Customer will receive an order summary valid for tax and legal purposes.
9. Processing of Personal Data
The personal data provided are processed exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the contract.
The processing takes place in compliance with current legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and GDPR) and can also be carried out using electronic tools.

10. Applicable Law and Competent Court
The contract is governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the court of residence or domicile of the Customer will be competent, if located in Italian territory.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made via express courier within 2 working days of order confirmation.
Delivery times (indicative):

Italy : 2 working days

Southern Italy, Islands, disadvantaged areas : 3/4 working days
Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the package. In case of tampering or damage, it is necessary to accept with specific reservation and contact the courier.
12. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without penalty and without having to provide a reason, as provided for by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

Please attach a copy of the email to the returned package.
Requirements:

The product must be intact, unused , returned in the original packaging with the warranty seal not removed or damaged .

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, via the payment method used.

The refund does not include the original shipping costs or the return shipping costs.
Change article:
The Customer may request the replacement of the item. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
