Shipments via Express Courier . The tracking code will be provided when the order is shipped.

Import Duties and Taxes

🌍 International shipments may be subject to customs duties and local taxes , not included in the order total. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to the regulations of the country of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

Return Policy

1. Contact Customer Service:
   Send a message on WhatsApp to the number +39 366 745 2407 indicating the order number and the product to be returned.

2. Product Shipping:
   After receiving the instructions, the customer can send the package independently to the address provided by customer service.

Return Conditions

• The product must be intact, unused and complete with original packaging and accessories .

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Used, damaged or products without the original packaging will not be accepted .

Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return , using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
The refunded amount refers exclusively to the value of the product , excluding shipping costs.
